This case is before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities ("Agency") for entry of a Final Order concerning the Agency's denial of At Your Aide Homemaker & Companion Services, Inc. ("Respondent")'s application for licensure as a foster home facility.

On June 13, 2018, the Respondent requested an administrative hearing. On August 3, 2018, the Respondent withdrew her petition. Before the administrative hearing set for August 13, 2018, the Agency filed an Unopposed Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction that the Administrative Law Judge granted on August 6, 2018. The Agency's denial of the Respondent's application for licensure as a foster home facility is affirmed and this administrative case is closed.
