Alvarez. The Commission seeks to impose disciplinary action upon the referenced individual based on the following allegations: 1. Respondent was certified by the Criminal Justice Standards © and Training Commission on December 13, 1985, and was issued ae Correctional Certificate Number 86136. 2. (a) On or about September 1, 1998, the Respondent, Dana L. Alvarez, did unlawfully, willfully and maliciously injure or damage certain real or personal property belonging to Tracey Reddish, as owner or custodian, by breaking windows and/or window blinds and/or a storm door and/or a waterbed and/or a bed headboard and/or a sofa and/or a love seat and said damage was ‘$1000 or greater. (b) On or about September 1, 1998, the Respondent, Dana L. Alvarez did unlawfully, willfully and maliciously injure or damage A any real or personal property belonging to Tammy Harvey by breaking a vehicle windshield, causing damage in an amount not exceeding $1000.
