STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
MARIA ELENA JAMES, Magistrate Judge.
The parties hereto, Plaintiff SHIRLEY CHAPMAN dba CHAPMAN ILLUSTRATION & DESIGN, Plaintiff SMART DEGRADABLE AMERICAS INC., and Defendant AGRI-PACKING SUPPLY, INC., have reached a resolution of their dispute and have agreed that the above-captioned action shall be dismissed in its entirety with prejudice as to all claims, as further set forth in the transcript of proceedings of February 10, 2015 held before Magistrate Judge Ryu.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED that the above-captioned action be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(ii).
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the parties shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.
