IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between Plaintiff Thomas Bower ("Plaintiff), appearing pro se, and Defendants City and County of San Francisco and SFMTA ("Defendants"), through its counsel, that all of Plaintiff's claims against Defendants in the above-captioned action he and hereby are dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1).
