TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
Pursuant to the Order filed concurrently herewith, Plaintiffs Trustees of the Southern California Pipe Trades Health and Welfare Trust Fund, Trustees of the Southern California Pipe Trades Pensioners and Surviving Spouses Health Fund, Trustees of the Southern California Pipe Trades Retirement Trust Fund, Trustees of the Southern California Pipe Trades Defined Contribution Trust Fund, Trustees of the Southern California Pipe Trades Vacation and Holiday Trust Fund, Trustees of the Southern California Pipe Trades Christmas Bonus Fund, Trustees of the Apprentice and Journeyman Training Trust Fund, Trustees of the Plumbers and Pipefitters National Pension Fund, and Trustees of the International Training Fund's Motion for Default Judgment against Alloy Welding, Inc. and Robert Gutierrez, an individual doing business as "Alloy Welding," is GRANTED. Plaintiffs are AWARDED $33,671.16 in monetary damages; $200.00 in late filing fees; $4,640.00 in audit fees; $5,702.90 in attorneys' fees; and $685.00 in costs under ERISA.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs mail a copy of this judgment and the Order concurrently filed therewith to Defendants. Plaintiffs shall file Proof of Service with the Court within ten days of the date of the Order.
