No objection having been filed, I herewith approve the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Andrea K. Johnstone dated April 2, 2018. Gray's motion for preliminary injunctive relief (Doc. No. 191) is denied for reasons set forth in the Report and Recommendation.
