STIPULATION TO EXTEND BOUCHAINE VINEYARDS, INC.'S TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT

Plaintiff Sheri Lyons ("Lyons") and Defendant Bouchaine Vineyards, Inc. ("Bouchaine"), by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
WHEREAS, on November 3, 2014, Lyons filed her Complaint in this action;
WHEREAS, the parties previously stipulated to extend Bouchaine's time to respond to Lyons' Complaint until February 6, 2015;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Civil Local Rule 6-1(a), Lyons and Bouchaine have agreed to an additional extension of the time for Bouchaine to respond to Lyons's Complaint to and including February 20, 2015;
WHEREAS, this extension of time will not alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by Court order;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AND STIPULATE THAT Bouchaine shall have to and including February 20, 2015, to respond to Lyons's Complaint.
