Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure ("FRCP"), Plaintiffs Costaneira Transport, Inc., KR Express, Inc., Hiram Mendes, and Kim Raney (collectively, "Plaintiffs") and Defendant FedEx Ground Package System, Inc.
