STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR MOTION
SUSAN ILLSTON, District Judge.
This stipulation is entered into by and between Plaintiff and Defendants (collectively, the "Parties"), by and through their respective counsel of record, based on the following:
WHEREAS on February 12, 2015, Defendants filed an Answer to the Amended Complaint (the "Answer") (Dkt. No. 63);
WHEREAS Plaintiff notified Defendants that he was planning to file a Motion to Strike portions of the Answer, and the parties conferred regarding that potential motion; and
WHEREAS the parties are attempting to resolve the issue without need for motion practice, but do not believe that they will be able to do so within the time set by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to file a Motion to Strike:
1. The Parties Stipulate and Agree, and request that the Court authorize, that Plaintiff's deadline to file a Motion to Strike the Answer shall be extended to March 23, 2015.
ORDER
Based on the stipulation of the Parties, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation is approved.
