PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that defendants BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA17, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA17, erroneously sued as "BANK OF THE NEW YORK," and "CWALT, INC.;" MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; NATIONAL DEFAULT SERVICING CORPORATION; and SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC.
