Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. As to Exhibits B, E, H, I, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 34, the Court will not consider these documents unless an unredacted version is filed within seven (7) days. Civil L.R. 79-5(f). References to these exhibits in the motion for class certification must also be unredacted.
