STIPULATED REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE INITIAL CMC TO OCTOBER 1, 2015

Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 6-1(b), 6-2, 7-12, and 16-2(e), and this Court's orders regarding the date for the initial Case Management Conference ("CMC"), Plaintiff Kelly Carroll ("Plaintiff") and Defendants Wells Fargo & Co. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Defendants" or "Wells Fargo") hereby stipulate to reschedule the CMC, currently scheduled for August 27, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., to October 1, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom 5, 17th Floor, San Francisco.

In orders dated August 17, 2015, this Court rescheduled the CMC from August 20, 2015, to August 27, 2015; ordered all lead counsel to appear in person for the CMC; and provided that the parties may submit a stipulation to reschedule the CMC. See Dkt. Nos. 40-42. Lead counsel for the respective parties—Rhonda H. Wills and John M. Padilla for Plaintiff, and Timothy M. Watson and Richard L. Alfred for Defendants—are available to appear in person on Thursday, October 1, 2015. Accordingly, the parties respectfully request the Court reschedule the CMC to October 1, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m.

Based on the Parties' stipulation and good cause appearing, the Court orders the Case Management Conference rescheduled from August 27, 2015, to October 1, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 5, 17th Floor, San Francisco. An updated joint CMC statement shall be filed by September 24, 2015.
