This matter came on for hearing in Shalimar, Florida, before Robert T. Benton, II, Hearing Officer of the Division of Administrative Hearings, on August 16, 1991.

Respondent referred this matter to the Division of Administrative Hearings for hearing in accordance with Section 120.57(1)(b)3., Florida Statutes (1990 Supp.), after petitioner requested a formal administrative proceeding on the question whether he had the requisite experience to sit for the nursing home administrator's license examination.
After the taking of evidence and closing argument, counsel waived submission of proposed recommended orders and consented to oral delivery of the recommended order with the understanding that the same would be transcribed and adopted by order (from the date of which time for exceptions would run).
The attached transcript is hereby adopted as the recommended order entered in this case.
