WALKER and JOHN FLOYD WALKER, Intervenors. FINAL ORDER An Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings has entered an Order Closing File in this proceeding. A copy of the Order is attached to this Final Order as Exhibit A. BACKGROUND This is a proceeding to determine whether the Jefferson County comprehensive plan amendment, adopted by Ordinance No. 99-05 on November 18, 1999, is “in compliance” with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, Ch. 163, Part II, Florida Statutes (the “Act”). The Department issued a Notice of Intent to find the amendment not “in compliance” with the Act. \e/ \w/ FINAL ORDER NO. DCA 00-GM-233 Jefferson County subsequently submitted supplemental data and analysis which led the Department to publish an Amended Notice of Intent to find the Plan Amendment “in compliance” pursuant to Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, and Rule 9J-5, Florida Administrative Code, and to file a Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction in the above-captioned proceeding. The Administrative Law Judge issued the Order Closing File on July 12, 2000. ORDER WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned proceeding is DISMISSED.
