ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT COMES NOW, the Petitioner, Department of Health, and files this - Administrative ‘Complaint before the Board of Pharmacy against the Respondent, may GAMAL OMAR, R. Ph, and in support thereof would state: A _ Petitioner is the state agency charged with regulating the practice of © Pharmacy p pursuant to Section 20. 43, Florida Statutes; : Chae 455, Florida Statutes; and : Chapter 465, Florida Statutes. 2. “Pursuant to 9 the authority of Section 20. 43 3\(2), Florida Statutes, the Petitioner has contracted with the Agency for Health Care Administration, hereinafter PH 0032144. ; employee of the Petitioner it was discovered that on March 7, 1999 the Respondent filled : directions on its label. W. to take one penicillin tablet four ti times daily for ten days until all taken; - rather than the prescribed dosage of one penicillin tablets twice a day for ten days. | 6. On July 6, 1999, the Respondent admitted to filling a prescription on March 1, 1999 for B. W. which had incorrect dosage directions on its label. 7. ‘The conduct of the Respondent as aforesaid is contrary to the provisions ; , contained i in Sections 465. o16(1}¢) and 465. 016(1)(2), Florida Statutes and F.
