* COMES NOW the e- Petitioner, Department of Health, hereinafter referred to as
“Petitioner,” and files this Administrative Complaint before the Board of Medicine against

Although Respondent recommended follow-up with a Personal Physician, there is no

10. Patient L.F. died on February 14, 1999.
