" ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT * COMES NOW the e- Petitioner, Department of Health, hereinafter referred to as “Petitioner,” and files this Administrative Complaint before the Board of Medicine against “ Daniel Hauser, MD. hereinafter refered to oa “Respondent,” and alleges: 1. . Effective July 1, 1997, Petitioner is the state agency charged with regulating the a practice of medicine ‘pursuant to Section 20. 43, Florida Statutes; Chapter 455, Florida Statutes, and a Chapter 458, “Florida Statutes. Patient L. F. was diagnosed with pneumonia, : leukopenia, hypoxia, hypokalemia, and hypoglycemia, She was intubated and developed acute re. Patient 1 LF’ ’s fetus was ‘subsequently removed by Cesarean section. 10. Patient L.F. died on February 14, 1999. ll.
