COMES NOW the Petitioner, Department of Health, and files this Administrative

6064121 dated January 12, 1999 was refilled twenty-six (26) times.
6. The conduct of the Respondent as aforesaid is contrary to the provisions
contained ir in Sections 465. 016(1)(e) and 465.015(2)(c), Florida Statutes, by dispensing of
drugs without first being furnished a valid prescription; Section 893.04(g), Florida =
