Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as licensee and against her license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2. Respondent is a certified tile and marble specialty contractor having been issued licenses C-7739. Respondent's last known address is 100 Colette Court, Oldsmar, FL 34677. 3. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for A Woman’s Touch. COUNT ONE 4. On or about August 11, 1999, Respondent contracted with owner (Tousey) to perform substantial remodeling construction work at 6767 77th Terrace for $8,190. 5. At no time prior to beginning the work did Respondent obtain a building permit as required by Section 104, Standard Building Code, 1997 edition, as amended. COUNT TWO 6. Paragraphs 4 - 5 aré restated as if in full. 7. Respondent contracted for work outside the scope of her competency license in violation-of Section 23(1)(f), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. UNT THRE 8. Paragraphs 4 - 7 are restated as if in full. 9. Respondent committed misconduct in the practice of contracting. Based on the foregoing, Respondeni violated Section 24(2)(c)(j)(m)(n), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended.
