Accordingly, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Petitioner, Milton Ford Mercury, Inc. d/b/a Orville Beckford Ford Mercury, be granted a license as a franchised Ford dealership at approximately 1,300 ft. east of the intersection of Highway 98 and Gondlier Boulevard, Gulf Breeze, (Santa Rosa County), Florida, upon compliance with all applicable requirements of Section 320.27, Florida Statutes, and all applicable Department rules.
