MARTIN, hereinafter referred to as "Respondent," and alleges: 1. Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2. Respondent is a certified plumbing contractor having been issued license C-0985 (RF0040714). Respondent's last known address is 2568 Grovepark Avenue N., St. Petersburg, FL 33714. 3. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for Ernie Martin Plumbing. C T ONE 4. On or about November 8, 1999, Respondent performed plumbing service work at 3800 Fifth Avenue, South for owner (Ruttledge) and was paid in full. 5. When notified the next day that the work had not stopped the leaks, Respondent refused to make repairs and abandoned the job in violation of Section 489.129(1)(i), Florida Statutes. COUNT TWO 6.
