FINAL ORDER . Having reviewed the file in this cause, the Agency for Health Care Administration concludes as follows: i 1. The Agency issued a letter on June 27, 2000, stating an intent to deny the application of license for a change of ownership with limited mental health, charging violations of Chapter 400, Part III, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 58A-5, Florida Administrative Code, as grounds for the denial and advising the Petitioner of its right to request an administrative hearing. 2. The Petitioner requested an administrative hearing on July 5, 2000. 3. The Agency for Health Care Administration has x jurisdiction over Petitioner by virtue of the provisions of Chapter 400, Part III, Florida Statutes. 4. After a revisit survey, which took place on November 27, 2000, the Agency recommended that a license be issued to Petitioner. THEREFORE, the Petitioner’s license ig issued and further ‘administrative proceedings would not be necessary.
