Respondent obtained a permit to change the pole sign at 4424 34" Street N. 5. On February 15. 2000. the work was done by Commercial Graphics. Inc.. an unlicensed contractor. 6. Combining with an unlicensed business organization by allowing the license to be used by the unlicensed person or organization allowing the license to be used by the unlicensed person or organization is a violation of section 24 (2)(f). Chapter 89-504. Laws of Florida. as amended. Ww UY Based on the foregoing, Respondent violated Section 24 (2)(d)(f)(j)(m), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended.
