Hunter, attached hereto, dismissing the case, it appearing from the Petitioner’s Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, and the Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction, both attached hereto, that there are no disputed issues of fact. FINDINGS OF FACT 1. On March 21, 2002, a Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction was filed. On March 26, 2002, Administrative Law Judge Hunter entered the Order Closing File. On October 3, 2002, the Petitioner filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal and this Notice was filed with DOAH on October 11, 2002. Page 1 of 3 2. The Agency hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the attached Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction, Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, and Order Closing File. 3. There are no remaining disputed issues of fact or law. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Agency for Health Care Administration has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter pursuant to Sections 120.569 and 120.57, Fla. Stat. (2002).
