FINAL ORDER
THIS CAUSE CAME before me for the purpose of issuing a final agency order, upon
an order of Administrative Law Judge Harry L. Hooper, attached hereto, closing the file, it
appearing from the Petitioner’s Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, attached hereto, that there are
no disputed issues of fact.
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. On August 24, 2000, Respondent filed a Notice of Intent to Issue Conditional
License.
2. On September 12, 2000, Petitioner filed its Petition for Formal Administrative
Hearing.
3. . On January 3, 2001, Petitioner filed its Notice of Voluntary Dismissal.
4. On January 5, 2001, Administrative Law Judge Harry L. Hooper entered the
Order Closing File.
5. The Agency hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the attached Notice of
Voluntary Dismissal.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
6. There are no remaining disputed issues of fact or law.
