FINAL ORDER


THIS CAUSE came before the Board of Hearing Aid Specialists (Board) pursuant to


section 120.569 and section 120.57(1), Florida Statutes, on July 26, 2002, in Tampa, Florida


for the purpose of considering the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Orders (attached as Exhibit A). Petitioner was represented by attorney Reginald Dixon.

Upon review and consideration of the Recommended Orders and after a review of the available record in this case, including Petition er's filed Exceptions to the Recommended

Orders, the Board dismissed these cases. Due to the death of the Respondent, the Board no longer has jurisdiction over these matters.

WHEREFORE,


IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the disciplinary action cases brought against the Respondent are DISMISSED

This inal Order shall take effect upon filing with the Clerk of the Department of Health.
