FINAL ORDER
This matter came before the Department for entry of Final Orders upon submission of the
Order Closing Files by Daniel M. Kilbride, an Administrative Law Judge of the Division of
Administrative Hearings, copies of which are attached and incorporated by reference in this
order. The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing File as its Final Order in this case.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Petitioner, Carmax Superstores, Inc., d/b/a Carmax
Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Orlando, be granted a license as a franchised Dodge dealership initially
located at 6375 Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, Orange County, Florida, during the construction of
a facility at the new location, and is thereafter to be relocated to the new location at the southeast
corner of the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Augusta National Drive, Orlando, Orange

Statutes, and all applicable Department rules.
