FINAL ORDER BASED UPON the Satisfaction of Final Judgment of Delinquency entered by the local depository of the 17" Judicial Circuit, for Broward County, on May 23, 2003, it is: ORDERED that the $1,000.00 lottery prize of SHARONDA YOUNG be released by the Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Program, and returned to the Petitioner SHARONDA YOUNG. This Order is effective upon filing with the Deputy Agency Clerk, because Petitioner waives her Notice of Right to Appeal his Final Order.
