THIS CA USE having come on for hearing before The School Board ofMiami-Dade County , Florida, at its regular meeting of October 19, 2005, upon the Administrative Law Judge ' s Recommended Order, recommending that Tanweer L Malik's employment with The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, be suspended for 30 calendar days without pay, and Respondent's Exceptions filed thereto, and the Board having heard argument of counsel, having reviewed the entire record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ordered by The School Board of MiatniwDade County, Florida, that:

  1. The Administrative Law Judge's finding s of fact, conclusions of law and recommendations, attached hereto, be and the same are hereby adopted as tlle Final Order of The School Board of MiamiwDade County, Florida; and


  2. Respondent's Exceptions to Recommended Order be and the same are hereby denied.
