DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY SAFETY AND MOTOR VEHICLES
This matter comes before the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for entry of a final order upon the Amended Administrative Complaint, filed December 5, 2019, against Respondent pursuant to Section 120.569 and 120.57(1), Florida Statutes, and Rule 28-106, Parts I and II, Florida Administrative Code. On July 21, 2020, Alejandro Rodriguez, owner of Respondent, Rodriguez Driving School, pled guilty in circuit court in Palm Beach County to two counts of Supplying or Aiding in Supplying an Unauthorized Driver License. Having considered Respondent’s submission of its driving school license, the Department approves the relinquishment of its license.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that relinquishment of Respondent’s
driving school license is accepted and, therefore, the case is CLOSED.
