FINAL ORDER

THIS CAUSE, came before The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as "SCHOOL BOARD") pursuant to §120.569 and §120.57 , Fla. Stat., after an administrative hearing was conducted before the Honorable Brittany 0 . Finkbeiner on April 29, 2021. The Recommended Order was entered by the Honorable Brittany 0. Finkbeiner on July 8, 2021. Neither Party has filed exceptions to the Recommended Order.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

  1. That the Board has jurisdiction ofthis matter pursuant to §120.57, Fla. Stat.

  2. That the Board hereby accepts the Recommended Order, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

  3. That Respondent, Carl Carralero "is suspended without pay termination of his employernent."

  4. That this Final Order shall take effect upon being filed with the Clerk of the SCHOOL BOARD.
