No objection having been filed, I herewith approve the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Andrea K. Johnstone dated March 13, 2019, and dismiss the FAC (Doc. No. 104) in its entirety, deny Green's requests for preliminary injunctive relief (Doc. Nos. 4, 9, 18), and deny as moot defendants' pending dispositive motions (Doc. Nos. 24, 25, 45, 48, 68, 78, 79, 103) and motion to stay (Doc. No. 80).
