McDANIEL, BRIAN CONNETT, RENEE BAKER, CHERYL BURSON, WILLIAM HUMPHREY and TASHEENA SANDOVAL, by and through legal counsel, CATHERINE CORTEZ MASTO, Attorney General of the State of Nevada, and DENISE S.
