Plaintiff Tomylee Leighton respectfully requests that the Court extend the time for Plaintiff to file Motion to Remand and/or Reversal due on September 14, 2014 to October 29, 2014. This is Plaintiff's first request for an extension. This request is made to allow Plaintiff's counsel additional time to fully research the issues presented or otherwise plead.
