ladder on neighbors roof
my neighbor has a ladder on his roof.
we look directly at it through our
kitchen window. he has multiple
antennas that are fastend to the
roof. it's been up there for a few
weeks now and i assume it's going to
be permanent. we're not on good
terms (his dog barks often, often,
often). the ladder is attached with a
canvass tie down. is there any legal
issue? Perhaps something?

I'm sorry this question has gone unanswered as long as it has; I'm going to give it my best shot.
I do not believe that an eye sore constitutes a "nuisance" in the legal sense. You live next to trailer trash and that's unfortunate, but probably not actionable. That said, you live near a major city - try searching the websites of some of the local law schools to see if they have free community mediation/conciliation centers. That could be a good avenue to air your grievance. That or Judge Judy.
