living trust
what would be my advantage of having a living trust.
i am 62, single and terrible health. i employ 2 private caregivers until the money runs out. totally bedridden.
thank you
Re: living trust
I am sorry to hear that you are bedridden and in poor health. If, indeed, the money is going to run out, then you have no need of an estate plan. If there are other considerations, then maybe you do.
I am often in the Bixby Knolls area, and I would be pleased to visit you if you like, without charge.
