My mother has a heatlh care POA and I am named as the agent. I have a question about some language in the POA that seems to be contradictory. One paragraph states "I do not want my life to be prolonged and I do not want life sustaining treatment". Then the next says "I want tube feeding to be provided...without regard to whether other forms of life sustaining treatment are being withheld or withdrawn"

Doesn't that contradict each other?

Not necessarily. You may not want CPR or ventilation (generally considered "life-sustaining treatment") but want nutrition and hydration.
