School
I have had 3 incedents with the same gym teacher now. He first poked his finger in my sons chest....thursday he squeezed the back of his shoulders and neck both times causing pain. When he poked my son in the chest iThe school is aware of all problems and today the man is back at work. What rights do I have and I confronted him and said keep your hands off my child! what can I do to stop this from happening anymore?

You could contact Child Protective Services and make a complaint or you could contact a lawyer who may want to contact the school and who could seek an order from a court ordering the teacher to stay a certain amount of feet or yards away from your kid, You may also want to consider taking him out of school.
