school board issues
The school contacted me saying they thought my child had a learning problem and was not up to grade level. 6 months later, nothing has been done and now they are telling me she'll have to repeat the grade. Anything I can do?

Sounds like she should be held back if she is not capable of doing the work. Next year, I would suggest that you devote some after school and weekend time to help your daughter with her studies. More effort in that respect 6 months ago may have avoided this.
