product liability(??)

I used a tooth whitening kit,and it has left a permanent line across the middle of my front teeth since the day I used it.I only used it the one time,exactly as per their instructions.I sent an immediate email to their website,in Sept,no reply,am going to write another letter now.I want to get an opinion on the outcome of suing them,because one way or another I will.I had a professional photographer take pictures 2 days after it happened and i still have them.

can i sue my bio dad?

I'm 26, can i sue my bio dad for back support even though he never knew about me and mom married someone else?

My mom and dad were married when i was conceived but he was deployed overseas and mom ran off with a guy she met 3 days later, she never got a divorce from my bio dad but married the man i always thought was my father. My biological father never knew about me. He lives in montana and I live with my mom in south carolina. I now have 2 children of my own. He just recently filed for divorce from my mom because he wants to remarry. He still doesnt know about me. Does he owe back support for me even though i am now an adult, didn't know about me, and mom remarried (illegally).?

There was a planning commission meeting for a conditional land use permit. there are 5 people on the commission and onlt 2 of the 5 were present

. one acted as chair person and one as member , the chair preson make a motion to move in favor of the land use and sent it to the board of appeals to be appealed , the meeting was held 10 minutes after the planning commission which left no time for anyone to make an appeal , so my question is our city goes by roberts rules or order. people in the city feel that the planning commission was out of order , because they did not have a qurom for the meet to take place so every thing should be nullifide i am not sure as to what area of law this comes under this is a city ( vs ) the people
