I need to go to USA because my daughter lives in Dalllas but I want to know if my case still open or maybe the US customs will arrest me in the airport? How can I know if i have a warrant of arrest, i was 21 years old! Now Iam 38 years old! It's posible to fix this without going to USA?, because I don't have a visa and I don't want to get arrested neither, it's posible to know how is my case after 16 years and how?
Thanks
Erick
This is a mess that happens thousands of times per year, as most people find they MUST come back to the USA, eventually. Your best option is to hire a true expert in criminal law, and try to dig into records, and unravel your questionable status. You did not say if you have American citizenship, or not.
Call Troy McKinney. He is based in Houston, but can connect you to whomever is needed, if in another city.

I don't know how Hawaii courts act to 30yr old college students who have a schedules. Any suggestions?
Is it illegal to overcharge for stamps?
I am mainly just curious-- I've noticed that my local store overcharges for government postage stamps, which I had the vague impression of being illegal-- in the same way you can't sell someone a dollar for two dollars. Is this true?
