i was pulled over on a traffic violation , i was on a DEJ at the time the officer detained me and persued to search my vehicle without any type of concent now at my court date im to be placed on formal probation because it is stated that i commited violations 11377(a), 11364, 14601.1(a) and 4462.5. i was released from jail without going in front of a judge and was given a date to appear on 10/28/08

Does louisiana have alaw that states if you draw disability that you are considered indigent, therefore not required to pay probation fees?
