Visa denied due to overstay
I had overstayed in USA in 2002 for six months. The US Embassy Pakistan has said that I am ineligible to apply for a visa until 2013. However, I am getting married to a USA citizen. Would the US gov't allow me to proceed to USA with my citizen spouse before 2013 i.e waive the ineligibility?
down stairs neighbor always calls police w/o cause
Sorry long story..
After 3 Months of living above my neighbor, she continuously called the police upon any thump she would hear. (6 times in 3 months)
last time to present, I woke up unknowingly to a handcuffed boyfriend. Asking the police why are they arresting him for? They told me he was a women beater.
I then told them that I was whom they must had been referring to ,and did I look beaten upon?
They then released him w/o arrest.
last week the cards feel short.
Same situation only now when I asked why he was cuffed ,I was also then arrested and broutslly beaten.
All caused by lies of this neighbor.
I'm beoned handicapped and not only were we taken in but, I'm now facing 5 years. Due to freaking out caused by pain!
Neither one of us caused this to accrue. She also has been known to
call DCYF and animal control on others. Also shes a regular welfare info line reporter too.
My guy and I recently lost our home of 13 years due to foreclosure.
Being in our mid 40's this is a first for us!!
