Im 19 and my father helped me buy a car for $2300. I have never missed a payment but he repossed the car and says hes keeping all of the $1000 I have already payed. I don't have a written contract so he says I have no rights. Am I screwed?

10 yr. old girl makes statement using the word sex, sexual harassment?
My 10 year old daughter said the following, at recess, to a male fellow student, in response to him calling her fat:
''Oh yea, well your bad cause you said you want to have sex with Mary!''
The male student told on my daughter and the teacher reprimanded my daughter stating she could go to juvenile for sexual harrassment.
Is what my daughter said sexual harassment?
I meet with the principal on Monday so would like to have my facts straight on sexual harassment.
Mary, the girl my daughter referred to, was present and heard the comment.
