i had my test today.i passed all questions, only one thing is that my spouse is illigal immigrant, she questioned me about him.at the end she marked box congratulation. do i still have chance to get my citizenship? will my spouse get deported? please help.

Revocation of bond

My friend was arrested for a very serious crime that he did not committ. All of the evidence, including dna proves him innocent. At the last minute, 2 days before his jury trial, the Judge decides to drop his one charge, charge him with a lesser one, and issue a new warrant for his arrest. He has already bonded out on all charges, now he is being charged a lesser charge and being told that he has no bond, and needs to turn himself in. I have never heard of anything like this before. His bondsman says that she hasn't either. Can someone please explain to me what is going on? If he could afford a real attorney that would submit all of the evidence, this case probably wouldn't even make it to trial. It is so sad.

Living trust

I recently closed my Living Trust. However, I just discovered that my timeshare was in the trust and I didn't move it out before I closed the trust. Can I still move it out? I was the executor and I am single.

my truck was struck by lightning and now my insurance says it doesn't cover lightning. even though I have comprehensive coverage or as they say other than collision.. does this sound right or as i suspect are they just trying to get out of paying for a service I have bought.
