How do I assure my part ownership of a house owned by me and my brother would convey to my children if something were to happen to me?

Around 09/1992 I was 17 yrs old. It was unheard of that a male could be victim of rape by a female adult. so it was never reported. she tricked me, forced herself ontop of me held me in til I ejaculated. I tried to deal with it but couldn't, stopped seeing her. couple weeks later she said she was pregnant and didn't want anything from me. and disappeared. 9 months later til present day I have been harrased for support. isn't that rape? is it too late to file a charge? how bout now that it has been recognized that boys can fall victim too? why didn't I get the option to abort or give up for adoption like female rape victims get the option to do? I've always felt like a victim, and never got any justice. theres got to be something that can be done to bring justice. this thing has troubled my life phsycologically, emotionally, mentally, financially,sexually, it's even forced me to stop going to school because I couldn't afford to live on a part time job being a full time student.
