I have an order of protection for me and my children he is in jail looking at prison time for drugs. I have now been seeing my boyfriend for a few months and he wants us to move in with him to keep us safe. My husband has told me many times the only way I was leaving him is in a body bag. But I'm afraid his parents are going to bond him out before he is sentenced. What can I do? Will moving my kids and myself in my boyfriend's house hurt me or my divorce?
You talk about your divorce in your question. Have you filed for divorce? If you have, then I would talk to your attorney about how to proceed. If you have not filed, then I would get an attorney and file as soon as possible.

A friend of mine was recently arrested and charged with 2 misdeamor convictions. Assault and trespassing. He's from Australia and in the US on a work visa. This is a 1st offense. What impact could a guilty plea have on his future in the US? Unknowlingly he turned down a court appointed attorney at time of arrest and cannot afford a lawyer. Is going into court and admitting guilt grounds for deportation? his Can he still get a court appointed attorney now?

two years ago i was charged with a felony of over $5,000. i was put on probation for two years and was ordered to pay $8,000. They've received about $700 from my taxes. I got kicked out of my apartment w/my boyfriend and I've been looking for a job this whole time! i received a paper saying that i have to go to court for not paying restitution!! i'm really scared!! Whats going to happen to me?? I cant go to jail I have two kids to take care of and I have a job counselor helping me find a job!! Please Help Me!!

Is it legal for the police to run your tag if you have not broken any traffic laws, also if they pull you over can the remove all occupants and search them with probable cause?
