What are the requirements to legally change your name?
I am an international student with F1 visa status. I have been living in Toledo for 2 years now. I work as a teaching assistant and study in a graduate school. I would like to change my legal name to avoid the hate and harassment that I receive when people know that I am Arab or Muslim from my name. Do I qualify to get my legal name changed?
