I believe you meant 341(a) hearing. Section 361 of the bankruptcy code deals with adequate protection payments. At the Meeting of Creditors (aka 341 the Meeting of Creditors) the chapter 7 trustee will ask questions regarding your petition and schedules you previously submitted. For example, the trustee verifies that you included all of your assets and all of your debts. They review your contact information and employment information. They ask questions such as whether you have paid back any relatives in the past year, taken any recent cash advances or if you paid any creditors in the past 90 days before you filed. Many of the questions are yes/no type questions. If you have an attorney you probably have gone over the type of questions the trustee will ask. Hope this helps.
