My ex wants to know what I spend money on.
My kids are well taken care of, have plenty of food, clothes, toys, and adequate housing. My ex is $9,000 behind in child support, but is paying now. I make about double his salary and he wants to initiate a ''right of discovery'' as he calls it and look at my bank account to see what I spend my money on. Is this legal? Don't I have privacy? I can see this happening if my children were being neglected, but in this case its opposite, they have more than they need. Do I need to be worried about this, or is this just an attempt to bully me?
My chils day care
My child attends a christian day care. I have had several different occasions were my childs teacher has been around my daughter with her father out of school. My childs father and teacher met at the school. The other night my daughter told me that Ms. Sasha (her teacher got to sleep in daddy's bed). I dont find in appropriate but I dont know if there is anything I can do about it.
