If I apply for a new DL in TX, will it say on my records that I have a misdemeanor?
Any conviction from New Jersey will be transferred and associated with your new Texas driver's license number, but the conviction will read as New Jersey has entered it.

How guilty is a middle man in a 1/2 ounce cocaine deal? No physical evidence remains but several descriptive text messages on middle mans phone. Seller turned in middle man but middle man will not turn in supplier...can middle man do jail time based on text messages alone?
