Motion to be relieved as counsel

My Attorney has filed a Motion to be relieved as my councel. I called the court clerk who could not tell me whether or not the judge will allow me to respond via submitting a document or in the courtroom at the hearing. I am planning on opposing his request.

I am currently sueing (withwout an attorney) a university, for damages in an unlawfull arrest case. The university's lawyer recently sent me a copy of motion to strike that he filed in court. The motion is based mostly on technicalities and it mentions that I need to be in court on or about a certain date for that issue, but the court has not sent me a notice to appear.

Question:

1.What are the chances that the court will strike the entire complaint based on technicality?

2. Do I have to appear to court based only on the university's lawyer request to address the issue of motion to strike.

The dealer called me on Thursday to pick the car up I was not able to go by there until Friday morning. I later found out that they sold the car to another buyer. My Sister is a Clepto

My sister was arrested for Petty theft in Sutter county last year, broke probation, didn't show up to court. She wsa arrested a second time for petty theft in Yuba county, broke probation, didn't show up to court. She was popped a third time last week, trespassing, petty theft, 2 warrants for her priors. What kind of time is she looking at? Is there anything I can tell her to help her with her case? Also, her husband has filed for custody of their daughter. Is there anyway for her to get custody back when she gets out?

17 and have no where to go

Two days ago my boyfried was caught stealing at Kmart. Since he stole a tube of mascara the store charged me with theift as well and I ended up going to a juvinial holding cell for hours until my mom would pick me up. Now my mom is trying to kick me out of the house and I have no where to go or anyone to turn to. Do I have any legal rights in this matter regarding the theift in the first place and/or my mom kicking me out? please help me I am desperate.

There is a girl S.V. that batters my daughter, making fun of her, insulting, I made a complain with the principal, he talked to her two times.

Now some of my daughter�s friends told us that they have seen my daughter�s school picture along with other two girls with the school uniform, the two girl�s faces were blocked and an obscene adjective word was written on my daughter�s picture, those pictures were posted by this girl Samantha.

The principal gave her a punishment to clean the school�s bathrooms and pick up trash for one week. He said that he is getting involved because the girls were wearing the school uniform.

My question is if I can legally do anything to stop her for doing something bad to my daughter, she is going too far. Her father lives an extramarital relationship with her mother and nothing that she does is bad for him. After all the punishment she has received from the school, she still battering my daughter. Please let me know. Thank you

Car fraud

Purchased a car from a Private Seller on August 2007. Signed a Promissory Note to make monthly payments on the car. We did not have the title nor registration. Monthly payments were made on time each month. Car was stolen from Seller on Feb. 23 2008 . I know this because the Seller re-sold it to another person and they contacted me because personal belongings were still in the car and she got suspicious. Seller admitted to the new owner that he took the car back because he said we were behind 2 payments and re-sold it. I have all receipts proving that every month the payments were made.

Oklahoma-Boat sale-failure to disclosure Major issues

Can we take recourse action if a marina fails to disclose severe structural defects (HULL rotted) on a used boat sold? He claims only work needed was cosmetic (painting and sanding). There is over 40,000 in repairs needed. The fuel tanks do not meet coast guard regulations. Boat cannot even be transported to IL because the HULL will completely collapse.

horse crisis

last tuesday a woman gave me her horse she said she couldnt care for her 2 horses anymore. anyways she asked me if i knew a place she could board her horse until she could find a place to keep the mare up north i said yes that is where i am putting my horse (she had 2 gaveme one now we both have one)... so a little further back i have worked for this lady for 6 months and have not been paid since january not alot of money but about 200 a month min... so i said ok look in exchange for any monies owed to me please pay the horses board and 2 weeks of food a total of 200$ plus on top of that i will feed the horse 2x a day and clean the stall she said ok and we will have a clean slate so i am taking full care of the 2 horses not just my own...so now she is saying i misunderstood because me mom told her i could not afford another horse and it is hers still can anyone help me out please

Civil Rights violated

In 1997 I was arrested in AZ on a Fugtive warrant out of CA. I signed a waver so CA would come and get me(thought it best at time). 19 days later I was transported from AZ to CA. We stopped in Los Banos CA. over night. The Los Banos Police told me that they could not book me in due to their computers being down. The next day we arrived in Martines CA. where I was informed by the booking Sheriff that my transport had been done without a Goveners sighned warrant. She also told the Transport drivers the samething and told them that if she could not find a warrant to book me on that they would have to return me to AZ at their cost. She also said that the Border inspector should have had me released me. However I was booked by the Sheriff 3 hours later on a NON-Bookable warrent as there was NO other warrent(s) for me and was told by her to take it up with the judge when I protested. I have been told by a great number of people that my Civil Rights were violated by the State of AZ, the State of CA, and the City of Los Banos for not releasing when they knew that the warrant was not valid. What should I do at this point? Do I have a case to file suit or what? Who would I take this case to?

mortgage company

My husband & I took our 1st mortgage with ASC and our 2nd mortgage with Beneficial and refinanced them into 1 with Beneficial on 4/21/08. In June we started getting calls that our 2nd mortgage is past due. We called Beneficial and they said it was a common problem, just ignore it. We continued getting calls and a letters from an attorney. WE have the HUD form that says it is paide, but there is an internal problem in the system that says otherwise. No one knows how to fix it. We have continued to call Beneficial and they don't return our calls. WE have to call them back. We get excuse after excuse. My husband has lost hours at his job trying to fix them problem, and I, a teacher, have also. Is there anything ''legally'' that we can do. I have all calls documented with dates and times, along with several emails. Four months have almost past. We need help!
