My Sister is a Clepto
My sister was arrested for Petty theft in Sutter county last year, broke probation, didn't show up to court. She wsa arrested a second time for petty theft in Yuba county, broke probation, didn't show up to court. She was popped a third time last week, trespassing, petty theft, 2 warrants for her priors. What kind of time is she looking at? Is there anything I can tell her to help her with her case? Also, her husband has filed for custody of their daughter. Is there anyway for her to get custody back when she gets out?

Repeat petty theft will lead to a state prison sentence. In California she will eventually get custody even if she is an ax murderer.
